Funded by Youku, the biggest Chinese video hosting website and supervised by Award winning director, Naomi Kawase, “Chandra” is the result of South Korea’s Busan International Film Festival (BIFF) and China’s Youku collaboration project titled “Asian Masters and Newcomers”.
